GULP Direkt Pricing and Conditions

Registration with GULP Direkt is free of charge for you as a project provider. Only if you hire an external expert you got to know through GULP Direkt, you pay him/her for his/her services and a service fee to Randstad Professional (formerly GULP):

Billing on an hourly basis

In Germany: 7 Euro per worked hour for the entire duration of the project
In Switzerland: 11 CHF per worked hour for the entire duration of the project

Fixed price remuneration for the entire project duration

In Germany: 10 % of the agreed fixed price remuneration
In Switzerland: 15 % of the agreed fixed price remuneration

Permanent employment

In Germany: 12 % of the agreed gross annual target salary
(Minimum amount: EUR 4,500 net)
In Switzerland: 15 % of the agreed gross annual target salary
(Minimum amount: CHF 10,000 net)

All prices are exclusive of the legally applicable VAT.

Notify us of the assignment no later than 14 days after the assignment is placed. To do so, set the contracted expert in your GULP Direkt vacancies overview to the status "Hired" and send further information about the assignment using the corresponding form.

At the end of each month you report the hours worked by the experts to Randstad Professional (formerly GULP). The service fee will be invoiced based on this hours report.

Should there be any changes to the key project details, please inform us within 14 days.

  • The amount depends on several factors such as competence, experience or proximity to your place of residence - as well as on your offer.
