Expert search
How it works
- You can start the expert search from any page in GULP Direkt. The two search fields for skill and location are present on all pages.
- The expert search page is divided into three sections:
- Search fields for skills and location at the top.
- Multiple search filters for further refinement on the left-hand side.
- Search results in the main section.
Keyword search for skills:
- As soon as you type at least three characters in the search field 'Skills', matching terms from our skills database will be suggested to you.
- Select a suitable term with the mouse or by using the cursor keys and Return.
- If the desired suggestion is not included, simply continue typing.
- Several search terms are separated by spaces. If you continue typing, suggestions will be displayed for the next term.
- Please also note our tips on the search syntax.
- To view the tips, click on the small info icon at the end of the search field.
Searchfield 'Project location':
- Here you specify the location where your project will (mainly) take place in order to find experts who would also like to work at the specified project location.
- Just start typing the name of the place. We will suggest suitable locations from our geo-database (in the D-A-CH area).
- Alternatively, you can also select "Remote work possible". We will then filter for experts who would also like to work remotely.
Additional filters:
- Hourly rate:
Currency: Here you can switch between the currencies EUR and CHF.
Hourly rate range: Filter for experts whose hourly rates range between minimum and maximum values.
To do this, use the slider or enter the values in the number fields. If necessary, you can also enter values > 250 in the maximum number field.
- Place of residence:
- If you want to filter for experts who live within a certain radius near the project location, enter the corresponding place here. We will also suggest locations from our geo-database (in the D-A-CH area) here.
- Available from:
- Filter for experts who are available by a certain date at the latest.
- Availability:
- What is the minimum percentage or number of hours per month that experts should be available? What is the expected average workload in your project?
- Remote work possible: Filter for experts who explicitly want to work remotely.
- Language skills:
- If English language skills are a mandatory requirement for your project, filter here for experts who have indicated English language skills in their profile.
- Working as: Both types of employment are always selected here by default. If required, you can filter specifically for one option.
- Freelancers: self-employed freelancers.
- Employees of a service provider: Permanent employees of a software service provider, etc.
